Mitchell Van Wye - VP, Development & Chief Operating Officer, NetSol Technologies North America

Mitchell Van Wye serves as Chief Operations Officer for NetSol Technologies North America. He has over 27 years of building and leading world class development, manufacturing, quality and services implementation organizations.

In addition to successful P/L stewardship, Mr. Van Wye has extensive experience in building cross functional, off-shore teams focused on cost-effective quality and on generating recurring revenue as a result of having met and exceeded customer expectations.

Prior to joining NetSol Technologies, Mitchell held senior management positions with AT&T, U.S. Robotics, Litton Industries, Unisys and Critical Path Technologies within the consumer, B2B, and Defense sectors.
Mr. Van Wye earned a BSME and MBA in International Business from the University of California and a certification for International Contracts Negotiation and Administration from George Washington University.

Morgan Rees - Senior Vice President, Marketing

Morgan Rees brings more than 20 years of international marketing, sales management and product management experience to the company. He has a reputation of consistently building the business bottom line for such renowned brands as Citrix Online, Philips Electronics, Norelco, Marantz, Magnavox, Netgear and Honeywell, where he has employed his trademark ability to develop product and brand awareness accompanied by gains in ROI.

Greg Brinton - Senior Director, Client Solutions

Greg Brinton brings to NetSol Technologies over 10 years of successful experience in management and business development. His last tenure has been with an information technology services organization, directing a team to provide individualized solutions to a client base of financial services institutions in the United States .

Over the years, Greg and his various teams have received numerous performance awards for successful, client-centric business development efforts. A background in technology, including a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, along with his proven business acumen will well serve NetSol Technologies' goal of providing world-class, customized solutions to our clients.
